Caulfield’s run on the series lasted for thirty episodes and eventually lead to her most famous recurring television role.

Following the end of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” Caulfield next landed her first major starring role in a feature film with the horror hit, 2003’s “Darkness Falls.”
Caulfield followed up the success of her feature film debut with turns on shows such as “Monk,” “Robot Chicken,” “Private Practice,” “Prime Suspect” and “Once Upon a Time,” for which she received much praised for her turn as the Blind Witch from Hansel and Gretel. Capitalizing on the wave of streaming internet content, Caulfield made available the satire, “Bandwagon” as well as its 12-part sequel web series on You Tube.
In 2016, Caulfield was cast as Cameron Chase in the CBS television series, “Supergirl,” based on the DC Comics character. 2016 also saw Caulfield return to her role as the Blind Witch on the ABC series “Once Upon a Time” as well as providing the voice of Nurse Misty Windham in the web animated series “Fantasy Hospital.”
